Village Office Condos

The Village Office Condos complex consists of four buildings containing approximately 26,000 square feet of medical and general office space. The complex is located at 190D Saundersville Rd in the Indian Lake Village mixed-use development in Hendersonville, TN, one of the most highly desired locations north of Nashville.  At completion, Indian Lake Village is planned to include 2.5 million square feet of class A office space, 1.5 million square feet of retail space, 1,000 residential units, a public library, multiple hotels and restaurants, and a conference center. The Village Office Condos are located approximately 20 miles northeast of Nashville.
